See online manual .

With version 2.2 - released on November, 15, 2009 - a new step has been done with two new features:
- a diary sort by date and time;
- a multiple nutrient search.

Eating smart is indeed also combining nutrients which need each other to be assimilated optimally. One may also want to eat more efficiently by eating foods containing several nutrients one is deficient in. The multiple nutrient search tool will let you find the foods you need.

With this tool you can not only choose your foods in function of ideal combinations of nutrients but also check whether your already eaten meals contain them all.
The search can thus be done in the databases (core and personal database) as well as in the diary of eaten foods/meals. This will help you to interpret your obtained results shown in the summary table.

For the search to be effective, the diary will first have to be sorted by date and time. This assumes all the records of a meal are recorded in the diary with the same date and time.
You can then start the search for multiple nutrients.
If the search is done in the databases, the result will be a list with foods containing the nutrients.
If the search is done in the diary of eaten foods/meals, the result will be a list with the date and time of the meals you had and which contained the nutrients of interest.
